Laura has been working in recruitment since 2010 within the Support and Operational function. She has experience across several industries including Business Support, Construction, Property, Engineering and I.T. Laura started her career at Randstad in the U.K where she managed the operational and contractual side of the business and supported the Branch Manager and Regional Director. She continued her recruitment career in Australia in 2013 .

Laura began working within I.T. at an International company, managing the contracts department across Asia Pacific and the United States. She also provided support to the Country Head in Australia and worked alongside the Group Business Director on development projects for her sector.

Laura has continued to work within the I.T. and Digital sector and is now our Operations Manager & Contracts Administrator at Talentpool.
